Our Rental Contract/Policies

Below you will find our FAQ and also our rental contract agreement! Click the button below to see our contract!

  • HOW LONG ARE YOUR RENTALS FOR?
    We set up rentals the day of and will pick it up at the conclusion of your event! In some cases, we pick up the rental the next day if the venue or our schedule allows. Rentals cannot exceed 24 hours unless talked about with our booking team in your contract! We will work with you, all you have to do it ask!
  • IS THERE A COST FOR DELIVERY/SET UP?
    Yes! We charge 15% of your order for delivery, set up, and tear down. This is the only charge within a 40 mile radius of Irwin, PA. Yes that means that you don't have to do anything!!!! (Anything beyond our 40 mile radius will be charged an additional fee that will be discussed upon booking.)
  • WHAT ARE THE RUSTIC MARQUEE LETTERS MADE OF?
    Our rustic letters are made of heavy metal and our white letters are made of heavy wood.
  • WHAT ARE THE MOSIAC LETTERS/NUMBERS MADE OF?
    Our mosiac letters and numbers are handmade by foam board.
  • DO YOU HAVE A PROP/ADD-ON LIST?
    Yes we do!
  • CAN I SEND INSPIRATION PICTURES? MY PINTEREST BOARD?
    We love inspiration! Please send your ideas to atouchofklassllc@gmail.com! You will also have the opportunity to plan your unique rental with one of our planners before your event if you want!
  • HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED BEFORE MY EVENT TO BOOK?
    We ask that all rentals are booked within two weeks of your event. However, we tend to book quickly so we suggest renting our services as early as you can. If your event is sooner than two weeks we won't be mad if you try to book with us! It doesn't hurt to ask and we'll try our best to make it happen if we can!
